A few months ago, I pledged a fraternity. Now that I am an active member, I have been living in the frat house. All of the guys walk around without their shirts, and I have noticed that they all have very toned abs. I definitely do not stack up to that. Some needs to tell me how do you gain muscles? I am ready to feel confident enough to walk around without my shirt. I don’t want to be the only skinny guy in the house.
